Extended Stay America in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and uphold hotel standards. You will clean rooms, stock supplies, and report maintenance or guest issues to the front desk as needed.

The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and adherence to company procedures, with training provided through Extended Stay University and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room directly to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
