Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow standard cleaning procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness standards.
• Stock linens, towels, and toiletries and report deficiencies.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to ensure sanitation.
• Greet guests politely and respect privacy during service.
• Respond to guest requests and assist to enhance their stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and staff for smooth operations.
• Communicate room status, special requests and guest preferences to team.
• Follow safety protocols and health regulations at all times.
• Report hazards, incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
