Job summary

Embassy Suites By Hilton in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest areas. You will clean corridors, service areas, elevators, and guest floors, stock linen, deliver items requested by guests, and assist the Floor Supervisor to meet hotel standards.

Applicants should be comfortable lifting and moving supplies, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Talk to guests to provide information and services.
• Lift equipment and supplies on and off carts.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned area and remove trash or debris on floors.
• Replenish linen supplies from floor closets.
• Stock linen carts with clean linen and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and stations.
• Transport dirty linen to laundry and return clean items to closets.
• Deliver items requested by guests and retrieve from guest rooms.
• Turn in lost and found items and keys.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
