Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality's Hampton Inn & Suites Boise Spectrum is seeking a Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, orderly and ready according to brand standards.

You’ll work as part of a team, follow established procedures, and take pride in delivering friendly service with grit and integrity. This on-site role supports the hotel’s operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with housekeeping tools and cleaning products.
• Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Basic English comprehension; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Replenish linens and guest essentials.
• Clean public areas (hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms).
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
• Log and turn in lost and found items per policy.
• Deliver friendly and respectful guest service throughout interactions.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and complete tasks within minutes per room.
