Job summary

Hyatt Place Boise is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards. You will make beds, change linens, sanitize bathrooms, replenish amenities, and respond to guest requests with courtesy.

This role requires reliability, basic English communication, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work under safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is helpful.
• Clear verbal and written communication to follow duties.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards: make beds, change linens, replace towels, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces.
• Replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, water, coffee, etc.) and restock supplies.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked; maintain safety guidelines with PPE.
• Deliver guest requests to rooms and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate room status information on assignments and report maintenance issues.
