Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Room Attendant in North Hollywood, CA for a full-time, day-shift position in the Housekeeping department. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, servicing stay-overs, and preparing rooms for check-out and arrival, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms daily according to assignments and standards.
• Service stay-over rooms, change linens, replenish towels and amenities.
• Attend to check-out rooms with attention to detail and replenishments.
• Update room status after cleaning in the system or log.
• Provide guest service and respond to requests for towels, soap, and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering and escalate as needed.
