Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public spaces. You will dust, vacuum, change linens, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, sanitizing bathrooms, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting guests with requests while upholding safety standards and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete rooms and tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: clean guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, linen changes and making beds.
• Bathroom Maintenance: clean and sanitize bathrooms and amenities.
• Surface Cleaning: dust and wipe furniture and surfaces in rooms and public areas.
• Restocking: refill toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Trash Removal: empty bins and replace liners.
• Floor Care: sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and corridors.
• Report Maintenance Issues: identify and report needs to maintenance staff.
• Lost and Found: monitor and report found items to supervisor.
• Guest Interaction: interact professionally with guests and respond to requests.
• Privacy and Security: follow procedures to protect guest privacy and security.
