The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant for The Westin Jackson in downtown Jackson, MS to clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests, delivering outstanding service.

As a Room Attendant, you will make beds, clean bathrooms, dust and vacuum rooms, change linens, stock supplies and assist guests with requests while maintaining high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. This role includes health benefits, travel discounts and shift-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed
