Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a housekeeping team member to clean and maintain guest rooms to precise standards. You will stock supplies, follow knocking procedures, and ensure rooms are ready for guests in a safe, organized environment.

The role requires alertness to safety, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Work largely on-site with varied shifts, contributing to a clean, welcoming hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift light to moderate loads
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues
• Attention to detail when inspecting rooms and reporting issues
• Proficiency in using written forms or logs to mark completed rooms
• Manual dexterity for cleaning tasks and equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to company standards.
• Stock housekeeping supplies and amenities in each room.
• Observe knocking procedures before entering rooms.
• Report damages, hazards, or safety concerns to management.
• Secure doors after leaving rooms and keep corridors neat.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
