Job summary

Cottontree Management Master in Rawlins, WY is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand standards. You will stock carts, ensure privacy and safety, and respond to guest needs while maintaining a friendly, professional appearance.

You will perform deep cleaning, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and collaborate with other departments to deliver consistent service during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and standard cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of chemical safety and bloodborne pathogens.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and prepares all areas of the hotel room to ensure a safe and clean experience.
• Prepares housekeeping carts with supplies, keeping them clean and stocked.
• Inspects rooms to ensure everything is in working order (locks, lights, TV, plumbing).
• Restocks room amenities and supplies such as towels, soaps, and literature.
• Performs deep cleaning tasks on a regular basis.
• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems (spills, broken glass).
• Notifies maintenance of repairs or unsafe conditions.
• Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor in guest interactions.
