Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, dust, and clean windows and balconies to keep rooms tidy.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts according to safety guidelines.
• Assist guests with requests promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
• Report room issues or damage to the Senior Housekeeper; handle lost items.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor to prioritize tasks and provide support.
