Qualifications

• 6-12 months of relevant experience and/or training; at least 1 year if no educational background.
• Previous similar position in a hotel or similar business entity preferred.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides impeccable service and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Maintains linen room and maid cart in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Documents room status and linen usage on worksheets.
• Restricts access to guestrooms to registered guests.
• Performs additional duties as directed by the leadership team.
