Job summary

Omni Hotels seeks a Guest Room Attendant to thoroughly clean guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting. You will restock items and communicate the room's clean status on completion.

Additional duties include removing room service trays, stocking the supply cart, and ensuring equipment is in good working order. The role requires strong customer service, detail orientation, and stamina to stand for long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to stand for long hours.
• Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs.
• Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting.
• Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status of each room upon completion.
• Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms.
• Stock supply cart and keep it neat and organized.
• Check all equipment before and after use to ensure good working order.
• Respond to hotel guests efficiently and in a friendly manner.
