Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms. You will refresh rooms for continuing guests and prepare rooms after checkout for the next guest.

Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, restocking supplies, and communicating room status. Must adapt to a fast-paced hotel environment with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including: making beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Uphold Omni Safe and Clean processes.
• Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status of each room upon completion.
• Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms.
• Stock supply cart and keep it neat and organized.
• Check equipment before and after use for proper working order.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance according to Omni standards.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies or safety situations to ensure a safe environment.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
