Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Room Attendant for the Residence Inn El Paso. You will maintain clean, attractive guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to every guest.

This role requires physical stamina (lift up to 50 pounds) and the ability to stand for long periods. You will perform cleaning to standards, stock carts, report missing items or repairs, and help ensure guest satisfaction across all areas.

Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare guest supplies and linen for cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs immediately.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
