• Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and pass responsible serving training (TIPs).
• Food Handlers card may be required by local authorities.
• Able to work calmly under pressure and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of dining areas and station.
• Prepare and present drinks, coffee, tea, and beverages per standards.
• Assist with plates, utensils, and side work; stock service areas.
• Handle cashiering and closing checks as required.
• Answer guest questions about hotel and local attractions.
• Communicate with other departments regarding VIPs.
