What You Will Tackle

• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, regardless of busyness or time of day.
• Observe guest reactions and collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints to exceed expectations.
• Follow hotel policies regarding lost and found items.
• Adhere to protocols for guest and staff safety and emergency situations.
• Promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts consistently.
• Encourage positive social media reviews and feedback on OTAs.
• Ensure guest rooms are spotless and organized by making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, organizing materials, and performing turndown services as needed.
• Manage linens, supplies, and equipment inventory, ensuring safety and orderliness.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, reporting issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.
• Prepare materials and equipment for service, maintaining knowledge of proper use and safety standards.
• Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The Essentials:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work permit.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately, both verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
