Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation's housekeeping team in Biloxi is seeking detail-oriented Room Attendants to clean guest rooms and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. Responsibilities include changing linens, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, updating room status, and assisting with guest requests.

We offer a hire-on incentive of $1,000 paid across milestones after 90, 180 days and one year of continuous employment, with payouts on regular pay cycles.

• Changing bed linens
• Collecting used bath linens and replenishing with fresh linens
• Dusting hard surfaces
• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Cleaning bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
• Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
• Stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms.
• Update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork.
• Notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Handle guest requests quickly and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents.

Clean assigned number of guest rooms according to company and departmental standards including but not limited to:

• Changing bed linens
• Collecting used bath linens and replenishing with fresh linens
• Dusting hard surfaces
• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Cleaning bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
• Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
• Stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms.
• Update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork.
• Notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Handle guest requests quickly and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Effective 1.1.2026 - $1000.00 hire-on incentive will be paid out as follows: $500 after 90-days of continuous employment, $500 after 180-days of continuous employment, and $500 after one-year of continuous employment. All payouts are issued on a regular paycheck after the milestone date is successful completed.***
