Job summary

Peachtree Group in Baltimore is seeking a Room Attendant who will own daily housekeeping operations, communicate with guests and staff, and uphold service standards to ensure guest rooms are welcoming and clean.

You will work with housekeeping staff to clean rooms, service common areas, handle laundry, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests while reporting damages to management. This role emphasizes teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to established standards.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
