Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Room Attendant to own the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards. You will communicate with guests and fellow staff to deliver courteous service and maintain a welcoming environment.

Create a cooperative team atmosphere, perform room cleaning, laundry, and supply management while upholding established procedures and safety guidelines to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with guests and Housekeeping staff.
• Ability to perform daily housekeeping tasks.
• Teamwork with housekeeping staff to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
