Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Room Attendant to own the daily housekeeping tasks, clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, and maintain clean common areas. You will communicate with guests to coordinate service and respond to requests.

Teamwork is essential; you’ll perform laundry duties, stock supply rooms, and report damages or maintenance needs. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
