Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms in accordance with brand standards. You will stock supplies, change linens, and ensure rooms meet quality checks after each stay.

Applicants should be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend and reach while cleaning, and communicate courteously with guests and team members. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, dust, and make beds and bathrooms.
• Stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
• Talk to guests to provide information and required services.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and belongings left behind.
• Use paperwork to mark completed rooms and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock cleaning supplies and room amenities for each shift.
• Observe entry procedures when entering guest rooms.
• Clean assigned guest rooms and ensure amenities are stocked.
• Mark rooms as cleaned for supervisor inspection.
• Report damages, hazards, or safety concerns to management.
• Secure doors and maintain a safe work area.
• Maintain neat corridors and service areas.
• Return lost items and keys to lost-and-found.
• Support other housekeeping staff as needed.
