Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to clean and maintain guest rooms to company standards. The role operates in a 24/7 hotel environment with varying shifts to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning rooms, reporting damages, securing doors, and following safety procedures. Candidates should be able to stand/walk for long periods and communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; willingness to perform housekeeping duties.
• Ability to bend, reach and stand for extended periods.
• Good written or verbal communication to mark daily rooms.
• Ability to observe guest room cleanliness and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stocks housekeeping bag with supplies and amenities for each room.
• Observes knocking procedures before entering a guest room.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms to meet company standards.
• Marks clean rooms for supervisor inspection.
• Reports damages, hazards, or lost items to management.
• Secures guest room doors and keeps corridors neat.
