LM Services Corporation in Edmundson, Missouri is seeking a diligent Hotel Housekeeper to clean and stock guest rooms to the company’s high standards of cleanliness. You will strip and make beds, replenish amenities, dust furniture, and maintain lobby and public areas as assigned.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, reporting repairs, turning in found items, and following schedules that may require weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualificações

• Ability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing an average of 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other associates and guests.
• Basic English comprehension to understand labels and instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, windows and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents.
• Strip and make beds, changing bed linens which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 40 pounds.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Check under bed to remove trash or other debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of public space, i.e.: lobby, public restrooms, offices, elevators and stairways as assigned.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for keys, retrieve, pushcart weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion of room.
• Must report all repairs or maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Greet guests in hallways or in passing, ask if they are enjoying their stay.
• Respond to guests requests for items as requested.
• Report suspicious persons, activities or hazardous and unsafe conditions to a supervisor or manager.
• Turn in all items found to the property Lost and Found Department.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
