Job summary

Shaner Hotels’ TownePlace Suites Hershey invites a Guest Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards and provide exceptional guest service on-site in Hershey, PA. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and adherence to safety and housekeeping procedures.

The successful candidate will clean rooms to brand standards, restock and return carts, and participate in seasonal cleaning tasks while ensuring guest satisfaction and security protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; prior hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with local activities and attractions for guests.

Job Description

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.


• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.


• Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.


• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.


• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.


• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.


• Other duties as assigned.
