Job summary

Shaner Hotels in Hershey, PA is seeking a dedicated hotel cleaner to join TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hershey's new team. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and uphold brand standards while working a flexible schedule.

The role requires at least one year of cleaning experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will handle guest requests, observe safety rules, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
