Job summary

Windsor Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant at the Renaissance Asheville in downtown Asheville. This role focuses on maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and delivering great guest experiences daily.

The position is part-time (up to 30 hours) with weekend and holiday shifts; training is provided if you’re new to hospitality. We value GRIT—Growth, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and Teamwork—and offer an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized throughout the shift.
• Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Clear, professional communication with guests, teammates, and supervisors.
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily per Windsor brand standards.
• Replenish guest rooms with linens, towels, and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely following guidelines.
• Visually inspect rooms and mark them ready in the system.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain uniform and name badge standards while on property.
• Uphold Windsor Hospitality's GRIT values in every interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
