Baxter Hotel Group is seeking a dependable Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Tucson, AZ. You will help maintain guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, and ensure rooms are neat and guest-ready.
• Restock guest amenities, towels, and room supplies as needed.
• Dust, sanitize, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors, bathrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
• Follow all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests when needed.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in an organized manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
