Job summary

TCC Hotel 1, LLC is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in our Tucson-area hotel. You will ensure a welcoming environment by adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization, and by restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens and refresh amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a professional and friendly manner.
