Qualifications

• Must be able to push or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Must scrub and scour surfaces; extend arms overhead; work in confined spaces.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests.
• Basic ability to comprehend English for safety labels and guest requests.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines, including cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip and make beds, change bed linens up to 40 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, ledges and shelves.
• Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest rooms.
• Report suspicious persons or hazards to Safety/Security.
• Provide safety guidance to guests and staff in emergencies.
• Respond to guest requests for items like an iron or directions.
• Turn in found items to Lost and Found.
• Other duties including assisting room attendants as needed.
