Job summary

Windsor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to ensure clean, comfortable rooms that reinforce guest satisfaction. You will clean rooms daily, restock supplies, and maintain public spaces according to Windsor brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred; training provided.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering great guest experiences.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and stay organized.
• Physical stamina to perform a role that involves walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Clear and professional communication with guests, teammates, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Restock linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to ensure guest-ready rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely per safety guidelines.
• Inspect rooms and mark them ready in the designated system.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain uniform and name badge standards.
• Uphold Windsor GRIT values in interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
