Generation Hospitality Group in Billings, MT is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for our 40 Rooms department. This hourly role focuses on delivering timely, high-quality room cleans while upholding cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards.

Weekend availability is required to support peak stays and operations. You will work both independently and as part of a team, handle laundry tasks, restock amenities, and coordinate with front desk to prioritize turns and occupancy.

Competenze

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–30 lbs.

Mansioni

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards within established timeframes.
• Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping and room needs in a professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards in guest rooms.
• Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and use of chemicals/equipment as trained.
• Organize, stock, and maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and work areas.
• Handle laundry tasks, including collection, sorting, and linens delivery.
• Coordinate with front desk to prioritize room turns and occupancy needs.
• Adhere to policies on lost and found, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays.
