Home2 Billings is seeking a dependable Housekeeper for our 40 Rooms department. This full-time, hourly role focuses on timely, high-quality room cleans to meet safety, appearance, and guest-satisfaction standards.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, with weekend availability required to support peak stays and hotel operations. Duties include cleaning, restocking amenities, handling laundry, and coordinating with the front desk to prioritize room turns.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• High standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Clean rooms within required time standards.
• Physical ability to lift 25–30 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, with weekend availability.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
• Works well independently or in a team.
• Guest-focused and professional.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, amenities.
• Meet cleanliness standards within set timeframes.
• Respond to guest requests professionally.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets and work areas.
• Handle laundry tasks: sorting and delivery of linens.
• Coordinate with front desk to prioritize room turns.
• Adhere to policies on lost and found, privacy and confidentiality.
• Work weekend and holiday shifts to support operations.
