Job Overview

Harrah’s Resort Southern California is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and hotel areas. This role involves cleaning, restocking supplies, and supporting the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest room floors and storage closets.
  • Restock supplies and linens from the hotel warehouse.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by supervisors.
  • Follow safety and security procedures.
  • Empty trashcans and dispose of trash appropriately.
  • Clean all hotel areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and handling glass items.
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required; training available for excellent applicants.
  • Must speak English and communicate via radio and Apple iPhone.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds.
  • Reach and lift items up to 50 lbs. overhead.
  • Work in various temperatures and tolerate secondary smoke.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely.
Additional Information
