Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is hiring a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and assist with cleanliness of floors, hallways, and public areas. You will maintain supply levels, restock essentials, and follow hotel procedures for Lost and Found and safety checks.

The ideal candidate can understand basic English, work flexible shifts, and deliver excellent customer service as part of a team. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required, with uniforms provided in most positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 months housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and maintain cleanliness of public areas and restrooms.
• Assist with cleanliness of guest floors, hallways, and corridors.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure room inspections meet quality standards (score 90%+).
• Provide courteous guest interactions and protect guest privacy.
