InTown Suites Prattville is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest spaces. You will deep-clean guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas and common spaces to meet standards and guest expectations, ensuring rooms are ready for occupancy.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to SOPs, and a supportive team with weekly pay and benefits. Training programs and flexible schedules support growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and perform bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs and standards.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surroundings.
• Maintain cleanliness of all hotel areas and furnishings.
• Notify supervisor of room readiness and safety concerns.
• Provide superior customer service when interacting with guests.
