Job summary

Concept Hotels LLC is seeking a Clean Team Member to ensure flawless presentation of guest rooms, lobby areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will perform thorough cleaning for check-out and stayover rooms, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high safety standards.

You will promptly report maintenance issues through the property system, manage housekeeping carts, greet guests, and follow sanitation procedures. Flexible weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year hotel housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms (check-out and stayover) including beds, linens, bathrooms, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, corridors, stairwells and team spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance issues using the property system.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts with linens and cleaning supplies; ensure safety.
• Greet guests politely and respond to special requests with care and professionalism.
• Adhere to health, sanitation and safety procedures with proper chemical handling.
