We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting, and replenishing linens and toiletries.
- Inspect rooms for any damage, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all amenities are in working order.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Follow established safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure an efficient workflow and high standard of service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus, but not required; we offer training to motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
