Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, orderly guest rooms and public areas within our Providence, RI properties. You will clean rooms, sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

In this role, you will interact with guests professionally, support safety and sanitation standards, and report maintenance needs to the supervisor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness standards are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage room assignments efficiently.
• Good communication with guests and team members is important.
• Basic safety and sanitation knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to standards such as dusting, vacuuming, linens, and beds.
• Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
• Dust and wipe furniture and surfaces in rooms and public areas.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and linens as needed.
• Empty trash and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and corridors.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Monitor lost and found items and report to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with guests and respond to requests.
• Maintain privacy and security by following procedures.
