TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for guests across guest rooms and public areas. You will perform cleaning, restocking, and basic safety tasks while ensuring guest privacy and security.

The role requires physical effort and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to work in a dynamic hospitality environment known for its hotel discounts across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is a plus.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned rooms and tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to standards (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds).
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms (fixtures, surfaces, amenities).
• Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces, and decorative items in rooms and public areas.
• Restock supplies (toiletries, towels, linens) in guest rooms.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
• Keep an eye out for lost items and report to supervisor.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests, addressing requests.
• Respect guests' privacy and maintain security standards by following procedures.
