The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail, ensuring a welcoming environment and high-quality service for guests across the property.

Qualifications

• Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest needs and requests to ensure comfort and enjoyment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. and property brand standards.
• Cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas; report deficiencies and out-of-order equipment.
• Make beds with fresh linens; tidy rooms and public spaces.
• Vacuums rooms and hallways; deep clean one room daily.
• Disinfect bathroom surfaces; replenish supplies in rooms.
• Report vacated/cleaned rooms and discrepancies to supervision.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional work area and uniform.
• Understand fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Assist in hotel operations as needed and protect guest/asset security.
