Vision Hospitality Group LLC seeks a Houseperson to maintain clean, safe and welcoming hotel spaces, including lobby, restrooms, banquet rooms and guest areas. You will join an energetic, ONE TEAM culture that values service excellence and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to roll sleeves up and assist teams
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain confidential information and hotel assets security
• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
• Follow safety procedures and brand standards

Responsabilités

• Complete all required training
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards
• Perform other duties to aid hotel operation
• Provide personalized, friendly service to guests and associates
• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting rooms
• Dust, vacuum, mop, shampoo carpets, wash windows, wax floors, dispose trash
• Greet guests and deliver items to rooms upon request
• Report maintenance deficiencies
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Perform deep cleaning tasks
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
