Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping team member to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and corridors. You will respond courteously to guest needs and help ensure a comfortable, welcoming stay while upholding the ONE TEAM.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and teamwork are essential.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Honesty and integrity are required at all times.
• Able to engage with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Good physical stamina for long shifts and mobility.
• Must speak clear English and communicate effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Able to navigate stairs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and corridors.
• Respond to guest needs and requests to ensure comfort.

• Maintain security and confidentiality of guests and hotel assets.
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Report maintenance or room discrepancies to supervision.
