Trailborn Hotels & Resorts seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas. You will make beds, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• English language proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
• Dust surfaces and wipe desks and countertops.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea.
• Report maintenance issues per hotel procedures.
• Follow safety procedures with chemicals and PPE.
• Provide friendly guest service and address requests promptly.
• Handle lost and found items as per policy.
