Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Room Attendant for the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn in Oak Lawn, IL. The role cleans guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards, restocks amenities and maintains a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work nights or weekends, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hotel cleaning standards preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
• Restock towels, amenities and supplies as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with laundry tasks and linen handling.
