Intown Suites in Phoenix, AZ seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas. The role involves routine and deep cleaning, trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring rooms are ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Be able to clean guest rooms per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean baths, kitchens, furniture, and fixtures.
• Restock housekeeping cart and supplies.
• Notify supervisor of safety issues or guest concerns.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
