The Housekeeper at Intown Suites Riviera Beach, FL is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet company standards.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to high guest satisfaction through attentive service. Training is provided, with Sundays off and flexible schedules for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain all hotel areas to company standards.
• Clean baths including tub, toilet, sinks, walls, lights, and linens.
• Clean kitchen and dining area including refrigerator, microwave, sink, counters, tables.
• Vacuum and wash floors per SOPs.
• Dust and polish furnishings and appliances.
• Maintain exterior room appearance (siding, AC grille, doors, windows).
• Notify Head Guest Room Attendant of room readiness.
• Restock housekeeping cart at end of shift.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety/security violations and guest concerns.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
