Job summary

Hireology is seeking Room Attendants to join our hospitality team at a resort. This role offers competitive benefits, including health and dental coverage, a 401(k), free parking, and complimentary meals during shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restocking linens and amenities, performing deep cleans, managing supplies, and responding promptly to guest requests to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!).
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing <= 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Inspect goods on delivery to rooms/departments to meet standards.
