Vision Hospitality Group LLC is hiring a Room Attendant / Housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors and to assist teams as needed. The role supports the company’s ONE TEAM, ONE VISION culture and requires a proactive, guest‑focused attitude.

The position emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and a strong work ethic, with responsibilities ranging from bed making to reports of deficiencies and guest safety awareness. Training and company benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Vision Hospitality Group standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas; report deficiencies.
• Make beds, replace linens, remove trash, wipe surfaces, and clean fixtures.
• Deep clean one room daily and manage hallway areas in front of rooms.
• Clean bathrooms and disinfect surfaces; replenish supplies in rooms.
• Vacuum rooms and hallways; ensure equipment and rooms are in good order.
• Report vacated rooms and any discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain a clean, presentable work area, uniform, and personal grooming.
• Know fire alarm and evacuation procedures; ensure guest and asset security.
• Perform any other duties as required by the General Manager to aid operations.
• Keep business information confidential as needed.
