Palette Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring guest comfort, while following safety procedures. Qualifications

• Service orientation and customer service knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information and ideas.
• Ability to read directions on cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to use chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive room assignments from Supervisor at the beginning of the shift.
• Check cart stock to ensure it is correctly stocked.
• Know the correct procedure for entering a guest room.
• Move the cart correctly after entering a room, facing the door opening.
• Follow a set pattern of steps for daily cleaning of occupied and check-out rooms.
• Check room for damages to furniture and equipment.
• Report all damage and missing items to your Supervisor immediately.
• Return any items found to Lost and Found with date, location, and finder name.
• Give the guest room a final inspection before leaving.
• Notify Housekeeping of room status (clean/occupied or vacant).
• Restock cart and remove trash and dirty linen at shift end.
• Respond to guest questions and provide assistance, directions, and information.
• Report suspicious persons or activities to Safety/Security.
• Provide instruction and guidance for guest and employee safety in emergencies.
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor.
